Want to share an Instant? Click Share an Instant, complete the quick security check, then choose or take a photo, add a caption, optionally tag the activity, and submit it for approval.
Preparing Blue Cardinal Instants…

Community standard: uploads are not published automatically. Photos enter moderation first. Please share only school-appropriate content you have permission to post. Regular Instants expire after 24 hours; archived Instants are preserved for MOVs and remain in the stream.

Evidence, Not Assumptions

Project DALOY Impact & Measurement

Track verifiable platform outputs and build an evidence base for access, transparency, participation, learner services, and sustainability. Outcome claims still require documented evidence.

DALOY Project Profile →

Evidence Framework

Use DALOY evidence under five dimensions. Record only figures supported by website records, approved forms, reports, or other MOVs.

  • Access: published resources, searchable pages, safety/offline resources.
  • Transparency: resolutions, reports, plans, financial/public records made accessible.
  • Participation: organizations represented, learner feedback and documented engagement.
  • Learner service: services/resources accessed and documented responses to learner needs.
  • Sustainability: update frequency, maintained content, continuity procedures and responsible offices.
Download Measurement Framework

Evidence & Accountability

Project DALOY distinguishes what the platform provides from what it can actually prove. Website activity, publication counts, and access to digital services are documented as outputs. Claims involving improved learner participation, safety, governance, or organizational effectiveness are made only when supported by appropriate documented evidence.

Evidence rule: Platform activity will not be presented as proof of improved learning, safety, participation, or governance without supporting evidence.
Learner Safety Information Hub

Weather, Heat, LPA/Tropical Cyclone & Earthquake Information

Official-source information from DOST-PAGASA and DOST-PHIVOLCS, organized for learner awareness. Project DALOY clearly labels derived values—such as the calculated heat index—so they are not mistaken for official agency observations. Always follow government and school advisories during emergencies.
